When registering as a trade delegate, corporate buyer, accredited exhibitor, or media representative for the SMEDA SME Cluster Showcase Expo 2027, we collect specific professional and identification records required to issue official RFID/QR security passes:

• Full legal name, corporate title, enterprise name, and registered national tax/NTN credentials
• National Identity Card (CNIC) or Passport number (for venue security screening at Expo Centre Lahore)
• Official business email address, direct telephone, and WhatsApp contact numbers
• Target industrial cluster sectors, procurement categories, and annual transaction volumes

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Data collected through the SMEDA online accreditation portal is strictly utilized for official expo operations:

• Generation of digital QR trade badges and on-site physical laminated passes
• Scheduling targeted B2B matchmaking meetings between buyers and cluster manufacturing leads
• Transmitting urgent venue security updates, parking alerts, and official protocol announcements
• Compiling aggregated, anonymized economic impact assessments for federal industrial policy reports

3. Security & Confidentiality Guarantee

We enforce strict data isolation. SMEDA does not sell, lease, or monetize attendee personal records to external advertisers or commercial telemarketers. Information is accessible solely to authorized SMEDA event personnel and security staff of Expo Centre Lahore.

4. Delegate Rights & Data Rectification

Registered delegates hold the right to review, update, or request purging of their personal records following the conclusion of the event, subject to mandatory federal security audit requirements.
