Official Terms & Participation Regulations

1. Admission & Delegate Badging

Access to the SMEDA SME Cluster Showcase Expo 2027 concourse and thematic halls at Expo Centre Lahore is strictly governed by pre-registration and badge presentation:

• All attendees must present an official digital QR e-pass or physical lanyard badge alongside a valid government-issued CNIC or Passport.
• Accreditation passes are strictly non-transferable between individuals and must remain clearly visible at all times within concourses and conference rooms.
• SMEDA Secretariat and Expo Centre security officers reserve the unreserved authority to refuse entry or revoke credentials in instances of code-of-conduct infringement.

2. Exhibitor Stand Allocation & Safety Protocols

Entities allotted stalls across Halls 02 and 03 agree to comply with standard Expo Centre Lahore structural and health regulations:

• Move-in and stand fabrication must be finalized strictly within the designated technical window (January 12–14, 2027).
• All displayed products must rigorously adhere to Pakistan Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) standards. Counterfeit or pirated goods are subject to immediate confiscation.
• Vacating or dismantling exhibition stands prior to the official valedictory closure on January 17, 2027 (02:00 PM) is strictly prohibited.

3. Media Broadcast & Photography Consent

By accessing the expo grounds, attendees grant permission to SMEDA and accredited national/international press to photograph, film, and broadcast their likeness in non-commercial economic reports, television broadcasts, and promotional archival publications.

4. Force Majeure & Organizational Liability

SMEDA and Expo Centre Lahore shall bear no liability for unforeseen commercial delays, transit damage, or logistical interruptions resulting from acts of god, meteorological disruptions, or sovereign emergency directives. Exhibitors are strongly advised to secure comprehensive goods-in-transit insurance.
