Showcasing Pakistan’s Excellence
Pakistan First Cluster Showcase Expo 2026 highlights 30+ industry and artisan clusters and 200+ SMEs from all provinces, representing the core of Pakistan’s entrepreneurial and manufacturing capabilities. These clusters bring together geographically-linked networks of producers, suppliers, and service providers that have evolved over decades, combining traditional skills with modern production standards.
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) the foundation of these clusters are central to Pakistan’s economic structure. SMEs contribute approximately 40% of national GDP, employ over 80% of the non-agricultural labor force, and account for around 25% of total exports, particularly in sectors such as textiles, leather, surgical instruments, sports goods, and handicrafts.
The cluster approach amplifies this impact by promoting specialization, productivity, and global competitiveness. Through shared resources, collective branding, and supply chain linkages, clusters help enterprises scale production, adhere to quality standards, and access new markets driving inclusive economic growth from regions to global value chains.
Organized with strategic support from SMEDA, this Expo platform not only showcases Pakistan’s diverse cluster capabilities but also underscores their contribution to job creation, export diversification, and regional economic development reinforcing Pakistan’s position as a source of high-quality goods and services for international markets.
